Harvey Warren is a seasoned writer and producer who has developed projects for Warner Brothers and Columbia Pictures and has been a proud member of the Writers Guild since 1990. He is the author of Drop Debt and The Optimized Patient, two influential books that reflect his talent for turning complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. With deep experience across media platforms, Harvey brings a strategic, story-first mindset to every stage of development. He is currently completing a feature documentary for the faith-based market, blending powerful storytelling with purpose-driven content. Whether you’re launching a film, series, or advocacy campaign, Harvey offers the insight and experience to help shape projects that resonate and endure.

Sultan A. Salahuddin II

Vice President of Development

Originally from the south side of Chicago, Sultan A. Salahuddin II is the Vice President of Development (Comedy) for Braintree Productions. In addition, he is the co-creator, producer, staff writer and star of HBO Max’s critically acclaimed comedy series, South Side. Other notable accomplishments include guest-starring on ABC’s Black-ish, IFC’s Sherman’s Showcase, and hosting Chicago’s 2022 Emmy Gala Awards. As a former stand-up comedian and member of Upright Citizens Brigade-Los Angeles, Sultan has a passion for performance and his creative fervor has led him to WGA and SAG-AFTRA memberships.

Robert Dodrill

Robert Dodrill is a writer, director and producer with over two decades of experience across film, television and live events. His work spans award-winning short films and high-impact marketing campaigns for global industry leaders. He brings a storyteller’s instinct for compelling ideas paired with the practical insight gained from years on the ground in production.

Lionel Frid

Development Executive / Executive Producer

Lionel is a producer, writer, and director driven to tell bold stories and create powerful content with style. With over 18 years of experience across film, HETV, documentaries, and commercials, he has worked on more than 300+ productions worldwide.

He specialises in budgeting, logistics, and high-risk filming, having managed budgets up to £80M and led international crews of over 800 people. Recent credits as Line Producer/UPM include: Alpha (Yashraj Films) The Critic (Universal), Limitless (Disney+), Bad Sisters 2 (Apple TV+), Expendables 4 (Millennium & Lionsgate), Strike: Troubled Blood (HBO), and SAS: The Rise of the Black Swan (Netflix).

As a filmmaker, he has written, produced, and directed El Eterno Silencio, which was acquired by Alfhaville Cinema and distributed via Claro Video in 17+ countries before being picked up in 2023 by Pantaleón (a Lionsgate company) and Amazon Prime.

Currently, he is developing a slate of original projects across multiple genres, including:

Mark Stolnitz

Vice President of Content Operations

For almost 4 decades, Mark Stolnitz has been obsessed with the process of creating and distributing visual entertainment. His passion is helping story tellers turn their creative dreams into technical realities.  

He has contributed to the success of TBS, TCM, Starz! and most notably the Hallmark Media where he was a founding executive becoming the SVP of Media Operations. For more than 20 years he built and evolved the company’s technical facility, workflows and quality standards, and worked with content partners to streamline production and deliveries.  

As an active member of SMPTE and HPA, Stolnitz enjoys keeping his finger on the pulse of technological advances in the entertainment industry.

Kristen Harris

Vice President of Brand Partnerships and Business Development

Kristen Harris is a seasoned executive and creative strategist with over 20 years of experience leading brand, content, and cultural initiatives across Hallmark Cards, Hallmark Media, and Crayola. At Braintree Productions, she serves as Vice President of Brand Partnerships and Development, where she forges cross-sector collaborations and drives innovation in branded content and production packaging. Her background in global strategy, content programming, and audience engagement informs her approach to storytelling that is both purposeful and commercially resonant. Kristen is especially focused on expanding opportunities for underrepresented voices and building operational models that support sustainable, values-driven production. Outside of work, she remains active in Kansas City’s nonprofit community, serving on boards and volunteering in education, health, and economic development.

Rachel Perlmutter

Vice President of Marketing and Business Development

Rachel Perlmutter is a seasoned marketing executive with deep experience in both B2B and B2C strategy across SEO, PPC, native advertising, content marketing, social media, email, influencers, and affiliate programs. As VP of Marketing and Business Development at Braintree Productions, she leads multi-channel campaigns that amplify brand visibility and drive audience engagement. Her expertise in digital growth and conversion strategy supports the company’s mission to deliver culturally resonant, high-impact storytelling. Rachel also drives business development efforts, building strategic partnerships that align with Braintree’s creative and commercial vision.

Valerie Xufei Fang

Team Coordinator for Braintree Productions

Born and raised in Shanghai, Xufei is a recent graduate from the University of Southern California with a major in Communications and double minors in Cinematic Arts and Philosophy. With a love for Hollywood and a passion for storytelling through diverse media, her professional experience ranges from the production of film, television, and live music performance at Hallmark, ABC Signature, and VEVO. Outside of entertainment, Xufei’s portfolio includes work in political communications and award-winning digital news production.
